Life is a journey and we each have our own. This is your journey, you row the boat, and I am here to help guide. I believe in the therapeutic alliance, the connection, between a therapist and client being of the utmost importance. No one knows your life better than you. I offer a compassionate and direct communication to each individual and work hard to be able to support them in making important shifts in their lives.


I work with each individual to be able to learn and practice effective coping skills that can help them in their journey to a better quality of life.I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. I work with adolescents, adults and couples integrating my skillset to best meet the needs of the individual or couple. I believe in the knowledge that all can overcome distorted thoughts, reactions and emotionally, and physically harmful behaviors.
